The device or app is no longer sending data to MedHelp. What do I do?

If you stopped using your device or application for some time it is possible your MedHelp account is no longer authorized to get data from that device or app.

If that's the case you will have to re-authorize the application by clicking "Connect" again next to the device or application and providing the credentials associated with that account again.
