For most of the trackers:
Click on the date in the chart.
Then click the "All" tab (your options are Frequent, Recent, All). This will bring up all your options for that tracker - measurements, symptoms, treatments, and events as they pertain to that tracker.
Start with measurements, then move onto symptoms, then treatments, etc. To mark these, just click on them, and if more info is needed, it will prompt you. Use the left and right arrows on the sides of the window to move through your options, and make sure to look for "Save" or "Add" to save what you've entered.
Food Tracker:
Click on the meal that you'd like to enter data for - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Snack. You can search for a food in the small box provided, or Show My Foods. If you've entered a food item before, it will be added to your foods list. A window will appear to the right, showing the food item, and you can adjust the serving size you've had, then click Add. Continue searching for food items until your meal is complete, and then click on the green "Done" at the bottom.
If you've already entered food items for the day, then click on "Add Meal" at the top of the tracker screen.
Health Feed
To find your health feed on your My MedHelp page, click on My MedHelp in the blue navigation bar at the top of every page.
In your health feed, you should see all your data you've entered into trackers.
At the bottom, you should see a green "Add Entry" button. If you click that button, you can enter data for every tracker. Use it much like you would for the trackers - you can choose, Frequent, Recent or All to see items you frequently enter, or have recently entered, or "all" options you can choose from.
Then you can choose measurements, symptoms, treatments and events for ALL your trackers. Look for "Save" and "Done" as you would in the trackers to make sure that you save what you've entered.
On the green "Add Entry" button, there is a down arrow just next to it. Click that if you want to enter data for previous days, as this brings up the calendar.
